Supersonic ABA - Where learning feels like play (with a side of dance parties).

Who We Are

Supersonic ABA is an autism therapy center run by two local BCBAs (that's just a fancy way of saying "board-certified experts in behavior"). We started Supersonic because we wanted to shake up the ABA world and make it more fun, collaborative, and supportive--for kids and staff. Think less stiff office vibes, more rainbows, laughter, and impromptu dance breaks.

What You'll Actually Do

This job is all about helping kids with autism learn important life skills in a fun and structured way. You don't need prior experience--we'll teach you everything. Here's what your day might look like:

Play with purpose.

You'll spend time with kids one-on-one, teaching them skills through games, activities, and play.

Help kids grow.

You'll support them in learning how to communicate, make friends, play, and learn new skills.

Everyday independence.

You'll also help with practical life skills like washing hands, brushing teeth, eating, using the bathroom, or even simple chores. (Yep--that means diaper changes and potty training. We'll train you to do this respectfully and safely.)

Stay positive during tough moments.

Often times kids engage in challenging behaviors. You'll learn how to calmly support them, keep them safe, and help them get back on track.

Track progress.

While you're working with kids, you'll jot down simple notes on what they did well, what they struggled with, and how they responded to activities. This helps the team celebrate wins and plan what's next.

Be part of the team.

You'll work closely with your supervisors (the BCBAs) and other staff. We love teamwork, open communication, and celebrating each other's wins.

Someone who loves kids and doesn't mind being silly--singing songs, making funny faces, or joining a dance party mid-session. Someone reliable (these kids depend on you showing up).
