As a behavior technician, you will provide 1:1 ABA therapy under the supervision of a BCBA. You will implement treatment plans, collect accurate data, and support clients with skill-building and behavior reduction goals.
Responsibilities
Provide 1:1 ABA therapy services Implement behavior intervention plans (BIPs) and treatment programs Collect and record session data accurately Complete session notes and documentation Communicate professionally with caregivers and clinical team Follow HIPAA, ethical standards, and company policies
Requirements
-College coursework preferred
-Reliable transportation + valid driver's license
-Ability to pass background check/clearances (Michigan requirements)
