Behavior Technician / Residential Counselor - Allenstown, NH

Location:

Allenstown, NH

Schedule:

Split role: 3 days at the school site + 1 weekend shift

Required weekend shift:

Saturday 8:00 AM - 10:00 PM Up to full-time hours depending on staffing needs

Pay Rate:

$24/hr | W2, paid weekly every Friday

Contract:

Full school year

Responsibilities:

Provide behavior support during school hours Support students in a structured youth program Assist with routines, transitions, and engagement Implement behavior and support plans Respond to challenging behaviors Assist with crisis intervention Residential counselor duties during weekend shift Maintain a safe and consistent environment

Qualifications:

High School Diploma or GED Preferred: Experience with youth, SPED, ABA, residential care, or behavioral health Strong communication and de-escalation Reliable, calm, and team-focused
