Since 2020, North Arkansas ABA has served Harrison and surrounding areas in North Arkansas. We are currently seeking a passionate, self-motivated Behavior Technician to join our dynamic team of professionals. This position has flexibility for scheduling including weekdays with minimal weekend day sessions.
The ideal candidate will have a background in healthcare, and/or behavioral health and will demonstrate the ability to work independently while collaborating with a team of professionals. Strong, self-starting attitude, confident interpersonal and communication skills are essential as the role involves one-on-one interactions with clients and coordination with caregivers and teams.

Responsibilities:
Work under the direct supervision of a BCBA and/or BCaBA. Implement treatment plans for skill acquisition and behavior reduction through direct 1:1 sessions. Stay up to date with HIPAA and Board compliance. Collect and document data on client progress towards goals. Apply feedback and training on ABA techniques. Provide behavior support across various settings, including home, classroom, and community environments as applicable.
Requirements:
High school diploma or GED. Ideal candidate will have bachelor's in psychology and/or ABA. Ability to pass a background and child welfare check. Ability to become certified within 6 months of employment. Experience working in a clinical setting (preferred).
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: $16.50 - $18.00 per hour
