Key Responsibilities:



ABA Therapy Implementation:

Implement ABA therapy interventions as outlined in personalized treatment plans under the supervision of a Board-Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA).

Data Collection:

Accurately record and maintain data on client progress and behaviors during therapy sessions.

Behavioral Support:

Provide support and guidance to clients in developing and improving social, communication, and daily living skills.

Collaboration:

Collaborate closely with the Administrator, Nurser, and Staff to ensure coordinated and effective therapy delivery and personalized care.

Communication:

Regularly communicate with families and caregivers to share progress, discuss strategies, and provide training on behavior management techniques.

Safety:

Maintain a safe and supportive environment for clients, adhering to all safety protocols and guidelines.

Qualifications:



Willing to work full-time, 8-hour shift, in our facility at Bloomington, MN. High school diploma or equivalent; some college coursework in psychology or related field is preferred. Prior experience in ABA therapy or working with individuals with autism is advantageous but not required; we provide comprehensive training. 1-2 years Prior experience as a Home Health Aide (HHA). Strong interpersonal and communication skills. Compassion, patience, and a genuine desire to make a positive impact on the lives of individuals with developmental disabilities. Reliable transportation and the ability to travel to clients' homes or other designated locations as needed. Willingness to undergo a background check and meet all necessary state and company requirements.
