Qualifications (Behavior Technician - BT)

High school diploma or equivalent Experience working as a

Behavior Technician (BT)

or in a similar role (preferred) Reliable transportation and strong attendance Ability to engage with children in a positive, playful, and professional manner Self-motivated with strong communication and teamwork skills Willingness to complete training and obtain certification (training provided)
