Job Description

We are currently seeking a passionate and dedicated ABA therapist to join our team at KidzThrive ABA. As an ABA therapist, you will have the opportunity to make a positive impact on the lives of individuals with ASD.

Behavior Technician

Responsibilities:

Conduct one on one therapy sessions with clients using ABA techniques Implement individualized behavior plans under the supervision of a BCBA Collect data to measure progress Assist in the development and implementation of behavior support plans Maintain clear and effective communication with families, supervisors, and other relevant parties

Requirements:

Possess a minimum of a high school diploma or equivalent Ability to work flexible schedules including full-time or part-time options Strong interpersonal skills and ability to effectively communicate with clients, families, and team members Ability to follow instruction, work independently, and problem solve in a fast paced environment Understanding of HIPAA regulations and ability to maintain confidentiality of client information

later afternoon hours and evenings
