Position Overview
As a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT), you will play a vital role in supporting individuals with developmental and behavioral challenges. Working in-home under the supervision of a Board-Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA), you will help implement individualized behavior intervention plans that promote meaningful progress in clients' lives.
Key Responsibilities
Provide one-on-one behavior therapy to clients, following treatment plans developed by a BCBA.
Implement evidence-based behavior intervention strategies and collect accurate data on client progress.
Observe and document client behaviors, responses to treatment, and areas of improvement or concern.
Support updates to intervention strategies by collaborating with the supervising BCBA and sharing data insights.
Assist clients in improving communication, social, and daily living skills.
Foster a supportive, engaging, and positive therapeutic environment.
Participate in supervision meetings and training sessions to maintain high ethical and professional standards.
Ideal Candidate
Patient, compassionate, and detail-oriented.
Strong ability to follow structured protocols and communicate clearly.
* Experience working with individuals with autism or other developmental delays is preferred but not required.
