Compensation:

Hourly pay:

$18-$23/hour (based on experience)

RBT certification bonus:

$1/hour increase upon completion

Sign-on bonus:

Up to $500 (for new RBTs, those completing certification within 2 weeks, or bringing existing RBT certification)

Performance bonuses:

Up to $1,200 annually based on attendance and note completion

Guaranteed hours:

30 hours per week for employees in good standing, regardless of client cancellations

Your Responsibilities:

Support children with autism spectrum disorder, ADHD, and other developmental challenges using evidence-based ABA interventions Implement personalized behavior plans designed by BCBAs to build essential life skills and reduce challenging behaviors Use discrete trial teaching and natural environment teaching techniques to promote child growth and independence Collect precise behavioral data and maintain comprehensive session notes using technology Collaborate with ABA team members and multidisciplinary providers (OT, PT, SLP) to support skill mastery Respond to feedback and communicate effectively with team members and families Participate in ongoing training to stay current with best practices

Qualifications:

Required:

At least 18 years old High school diploma or equivalent Passion for working with children and making a difference

Preferred:

BLS for Healthcare Providers/CPR certification RBT certification or 40-hour training (or willingness to complete within 2 weeks of hire)

Note:

New to ABA? No problem! We provide full training and cover your RBT certification costs.

Physical Requirements:

The job requires the ability to sit for 1-2 hours and stand or walk for 4-6 hours daily. It involves frequent bending and occasionally carrying, lifting, pulling, pushing, and reaching, each up to one-third of the time. Precise motor function with both hands is needed, and lifting up to 50 pounds may be required up to one-third of the time.
