Children's Milestone provides comprehensive, evidence-based applied behavior analysis (ABA) treatment procedures that are tailored to the specific needs of individuals from birth through adulthood. Position Benefits:

No experience required - we will train you! Paid training reimbursement after Passing the RBT exam and one month of working (600 dollars) Potential to work while completing your training

Work with children to help them learn and grow!

Learn Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA)

Part-time, Part-time to Full-time, and Full-time

Provide in-home and community-based Applied Behavioral Analysis therapy
Collect behavior and skill acquisition data during sessions.

Communicate openly with behavior analysts

Complete daily progress notes related to the implementation of the intervention plan

What We Are Looking For:

Show a strong interest in working with kids Previous experience working with children (preferred) Available in the early afternoon/ evening (eg 12 PM to 8:00 PM) High school diploma required, with a preference if you are currently enrolled in college, have attended or already have graduated college Bilingual skills a plus but not required Must have own reliable transportation, and valid driver's license, auto registration and auto insurance

Physical Requirements:

Walking, occasional running, standing, sitting, kneeling, stooping, crouching, crawling, twisting, reaching above head, bending and carrying up to 25 pounds Work may involve playing with children that can occur on the floor or settings where the furniture is child size Diligently attending to the safety of the child and surroundings is required

Pay: $24.00 - $26.00 per hour
