As a Behavior Technician, you'll bring energy, creativity, and compassion to help children on the autism spectrum build essential skills in a fun, supportive environment.


Work one-on-one with children at our center (no evenings or weekends!) while implementing learning programs, collecting data, and celebrating each child's progress. You'll be surrounded by a collaborative team of BCBAs, RBTs, and practicum students who are as passionate as you are about making a difference.

Compensation:


$40,000

Responsibilities:

Work one-on-one with children on the autism spectrum in a center-based environment. Implement individualized treatment plans designed by Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs). Track and record data on each child's progress using our electronic system. Support a positive, safe, and engaging environment that promotes learning through play. Collaborate with team members and participate in team meetings and training sessions. Welcome and communicate professionally with families and coworkers. Maintain cleanliness and organization within therapy spaces.

Qualifications:

Reliable transportation and consistent punctuality are required. Ability to pass a background check and maintain confidentiality of client information. Active, hands-on approach to work -- you'll often engage in play, kneeling, or lifting small children. Passion for working with children and individuals on the autism spectrum. Excellent communication and teamwork skills. Willingness to learn -- ABA experience is a plus, but not required (training provided). Dependable, compassionate, and eager to grow in a supportive environment.
