The Global Center for Autism Services (GCAS) is searching for

Registered Behavior Technicians (RBT)

, for our Lanham, MD location. The Global Center for Autism Services is a center-based, full-time applied behavior analysis (ABA) program located in Lanham, Maryland. CGAS has partnered with Cleveland Clinic Children's Center for Autism (CCCCA), and operates a program that adheres to the principles and guidelines designed by the Cleveland Clinic intervention model. CCCCA has been operating an ABA program for children with autism for over 20 years, and has worked to assist other organizations in opening programs that mirror their model in 14 states throughout the country. GCAS is the newest CCCA program in operation in the region, and the first of its kind in Maryland.

This position is for Registered Behavior Technicians at our center-based, outpatient treatment center for children with autism. The patient age range is earliest diagnosis through the age of 11. The Registered Behavior Technician will be responsible for the full-time, daily implementation of Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) intervention programming for children diagnosed with autism at the center-based ABA outpatient clinic.

The ideal candidate will have a minimum of six months experience working as a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) with children with autism, utilizing the scientific principles of applied behavior analysis (ABA).

This is a full-time, workday schedule (M-F) with guaranteed hours. All interested candidates must meet the following minimum qualifications to be considered for interview:

With current Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification Current National Provider Identifier (NPI) number preferred but not required

In addition, GCAS is seeking a Training Facilitator/RBT to coordinate and deliver engaging training to RBTs.



Key Responsibilities:

Facilitate interactive onboarding training sessions for new staff. Collaborate with administration to identify training needs. Coordinate monthly staff trainings. Monitor outcomes, evaluate effectiveness. Assist RBTs on a daily basis with ongoing fidelity and support. Deliver 1:1 services as needed.
Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in a related field. Minimum 2 years as a certified RBT. Strong public speaking and presentation skills. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to take initiative, work independently and as part of a team.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $23.00 - $28.00 per hour
