Job Summary:

As a Behavior Health Clinician you will provide a full range of treatment services, including but not limited to:

Conducting clinical assessments and evaluations
Developing, reviewing, and updating treatment goals and plans in collaboration with clients and their families
Providing individual and group therapy sessions
Delivering case management services and care coordination
Documenting services in a timely and compliant manner

Qualifications & Requirements:

Accepted Licensure/Credentials (must be current and in good standing):

LMSW LCSW LMHC PhD (in a clinical discipline) LCAT MHC-LP MSW

Required Skills & Experience:

Advanced clinical experience in a substance abuse or behavioral health setting
Excellent case management, coordination, and advocacy skills
Strong verbal and written communication abilities
Proficient in Microsoft Word; experience with Electronic Clinical Records (EHR) strongly preferred
Ability to work both independently and as part of a collaborative, interdisciplinary team
