Nashville, TN (Remote) | Full-Time | $80,000-$110,000 per year

What You'll Do




As a BCBA at ABA Connect LLC, you'll play a vital role in delivering high-quality, evidence-based ABA services by:

Conducting comprehensive assessments and developing individualized treatment plans Implementing behavior intervention strategies that foster skill development and reduce challenging behaviors Supervising and mentoring behavior technicians to ensure effective treatment delivery and growth Collecting and analyzing data to guide clinical decisions and optimize client outcomes Collaborating closely with families, caregivers, and professionals to provide consistent, holistic care

What You Bring



Active BCBA certification Master's degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Special Education, or related field Experience working with individuals with autism and developmental disabilities Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills A commitment to evidence-based care and continued learning
