The Opportunity

Delaware North Sportservice is hiring for seasonal Beertenders to join our team at Xfinity Center in Mansfield, Massachusetts. As a Beertender you will be giving our guests the highest level of customer service while providing alcoholic and non-alcoholic refreshments on event and gamedays.

Minimum pay rate: $9.00 / hour

Responsibilities

• Walk around the venue selling product.
• Receives drink orders from patrons.
• Serves alcohol beverages responsibly, requests identification, and adheres to all unit and company alcohol service policies and procedures.
• Enters drink orders into the handheld POS, collects payment from patrons for drinks served.
• Completes sales and inventory reports accurately.

Qualifications. * All other duties assigned.
Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• year front-of-house experience in a high-volume bar or restaurant is preferred.
• Experience in credit card processing.
• Previous experience using a computerized POS system preferred.

Physical Requirements

• Ability to remain standing for the entire length of shift.
• Constant walking, bending, reaching, and repetitive motions.
• Ability to lift and carry stock up to 50 pounds.
• Exposure to moderate to high environmental noise levels during busy times.
• Able to work outside in all weather conditions including rain, wind, heat and cold.
