Position Overview
We're seeking a
Beauty Industry Sales & Marketing Assistant (B2B)
to help us grow our corporate partnership program. This role is perfect for someone who's resourceful, motivated, and eager to be part of an industry-shaping movement. The ideal candidate will have a strong network of contacts in all sectors of the beauty industry.
You'll be responsible for
outreach and marketing support
to help us connect with decision-makers at beauty schools, salon suite franchises, and corporate employers. You'll work closely with the founder to build our pipeline of leads and move opportunities forward.
Responsibilities
Research and build lists of prospective corporate partners (schools, franchises, beauty brands).
Send email outreach messages to decision-makers.
Follow up with prospects and schedule intro calls.
Assist with creating and sending marketing emails (ConvertKit or similar).
Track leads and communications in a simple CRM (we'll provide setup/training).
Support social media and marketing campaigns that align with outreach goals.
Qualifications
2 to 3 years experience in B2B sales, marketing, and/or business development.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Comfortable with cold outreach (email, LinkedIn, phone).
Highly organized and proactive.
Familiarity with the beauty industry is a plus!
Compensation
Commission:
10-15% of closed contract value.
Example: a $25,000 contract = $2,500-$3,750 commission.
Uncapped earning potential.
Flexible, remote work schedule.
