Duties

Greet guests warmly upon arrival and assist with seating arrangements Take food and beverage orders accurately and efficiently Serve food and drinks promptly, ensuring presentation meets standards Maintain cleanliness of tables, chairs, and surrounding areas throughout the shift Replenish supplies such as napkins, utensils, and condiments as needed Handle guest inquiries courteously and resolve any issues promptly Assist in setting up and breaking down outdoor dining areas before and after service Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely delivery of orders Uphold health and safety standards in all aspects of service

Requirements

Previous experience in hospitality or food service is preferred but not required; a positive attitude and willingness to learn are essential Excellent communication skills and a friendly demeanor Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions Strong organizational skills and attention to detail Ability to stand for extended periods and lift moderate loads (such as trays or supplies) Flexibility to work during peak hours, including weekends and holidays if needed Basic knowledge of food safety standards is a plus but not mandatory
