Job Description

BM Motor Cars is a luxury used car dealership and service facility off of Route 1/9 in Linden NJ. We are seeking qualified candidates to fill the position of BDC Representative. Flexible hours, competitive pay and bonus structure, and a great work environment.

Previous experience in a BDC or sales environment is required, and we will provide training to foster success.

Responsibilities include:

Contacting internet leads via phone, email, SMS, and messenger Answering inbound calls and generating leads/appointments Scheduling appointments for the sales floor based on all inbound and outbound activity Properly use the CRM to log all activity, organize and contact customers, and set up appointments with proper notes and vehicle information Answer basic questions about our inventory and our dealership for customers and direct customers to the sales staff where necessary Meet call, email, and text quotas and appointments set/showed quotas

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $45,000.00 - $65,000.00 per year
