Dealer Business Center (DBC) Representative
Join our dynamic used car dealership as a DBC Representative! You'll be the first point of contact for customers, helping turn leads into appointments and supporting the sales team with timely communication and follow-ups.
Responsibilities
Handle inbound calls, texts, and online inquiries
Schedule appointments and follow up with potential buyers
Maintain accurate records in CRM systems
Communicate vehicle details and availability clearly
Support sales and finance teams with lead coordination
Qualifications
Strong communication and customer service skills
Call center or dealership experience preferred
Organized, tech-savvy, and able to multitask
Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus
