BDC Manager
to lead our Business Development Center. The ideal candidate is organized, motivated, and skilled in team leadership and customer engagement. Target earnings:
$70k+ annually.
Responsibilities
Oversee BDC sales operations and lead management
Coach and motivate BDC team members
Manage incoming internet and phone inquiries
Ensure accurate CRM updates and follow-up processes
Drive appointment setting and monthly goal achievement
Qualifications
3-5 years of BDC or Sales experience (management preferred)
Strong communication and leadership skills
Customer-focused and team-oriented
Proficient with CRM systems
Valid driver's license
