Position Overview:

As a BDC Representative, you will be a point of contact for our customers, providing them with exceptional service and assistance. You will be responsible for handling incoming service inquiries, scheduling appointments, and ensuring a smooth and efficient service process. Your ability to communicate effectively, build rapport with customers, and pay attention to detail will be key to your success in this role.

Responsibilities:

Respond promptly and professionally to inbound service inquiries via phone, email, and online chat. Engage with customers, gather their information, and determine their needs and preferences. Schedule and confirm appointments for services Maintain accurate and up-to-date customer records and follow-up communication in the customer relationship management (CRM) system. Provide exceptional customer service and address customer inquiries and concerns. Stay up to date with product knowledge, pricing, and promotions to effectively communicate with customers.

Requirements:

High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or relevant certification is a plus. Previous experience in a customer service Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with a professional and friendly demeanor. Strong attention to detail and organizational skills to effectively manage customer information. Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment. Proficiency in using CRM systems, Microsoft Office, and other relevant software. Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
