BDC Analytics Manager
to lead, monitor, and optimize Business Development Center (BDC) operations across multiple dealership locations. This role is responsible for leadership, strategy, operational performance, reporting, and ensuring consistent process execution across all managed stores.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in automotive BDC operations, data-driven decision making, and team performance management.

Key Responsibilities

1. Operational Efficiency & Lead Management
Manage a high volume of leads from multiple sources across all dealership locations.
Ensure rapid and consistent follow-up across all communication channels (email, text, phone).
Enforce a
10-minute Response Rule
for all internet leads.
Monitor BDC agent response times in real time.
Escalate missed performance targets immediately.

2. Performance Monitoring & Reporting
Aggregate and analyze performance data across all stores to drive group-level strategy.
Set, track, and report on:
Lead-to-show performance for
six (6) fresh lead types
, including:
+ Used - 18%
+ New - 16%
+ Trade-In - 12%
+ Credit Applications Received - 12%
+ Service Drive Opportunities - 8%
+ Manufacturer (Retention Leads) Track
connection-to-show performance
for:
+ Hot Connections
+ Warm Connections
+ Pinned Connections Deliver actionable insights and reporting to leadership.
Training will be provided for any advanced analytics systems.

3. Process Quality Control
Ensure all BDC representatives follow established CRM processes.
Maintain seamless communication and workflow between the BDC team and the sales floor.
Coordinate with Sales Managers at each location to ensure a smooth handoff from BDC agents to in-store sales consultants.
Maintain consistency in customer experience across all rooftops.
Qualifications
Minimum of
3 years of experience
in an automotive BDC, sales management, or analytics-focused role.
Strong understanding of CRM systems and lead management processes.
Proven ability to analyze performance data and drive results.
Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
Ability to manage multiple locations and high volumes of data.
Physical Requirements:
Prolonged periods sitting at a desk and working on a computer.
