About the role
We are seeking an experienced Business Development Manager to lead our commercial expansion in the Gulf Coast region. This is a senior role for a dynamic individual who thrives on building strategic partnerships and driving sales in a technical environment.
Key Responsibilities
Initiate first contact with potential clients across target regions
Schedule and lead meetings to present Regen Robotics' solutions
Develop and execute a growth strategy for oil & gas robotics solutions in the Gulf Coast USA.
Build and maintain customer relationships with major oil companies and service providers.
Deliver compelling presentations and proposals to senior decision-makers.
Represent Regen Robotics at conferences, exhibitions, and networking events globally.
Collaborate with our UK team to ensure seamless client engagement and project delivery.
Provide market insights to inform product development and strategic decisions.
Essential Criteria
5+ years proven experience in B2B sales
Proven track record of closing high-value deals and managing complex sales cycles.
Strong presentation and excellent negotiation skills in formal settings.
Strategic thinker with excellent communication skills and ability to work independently.
Willingness to travel frequently across assigned regions.
Energetic, self motivated and results orientated
Relationship management skills
Desirable Criteria
Previous B2B sales experience in the oil and gas industry, industrial services, or similar.
Existing network within Gulf Coast oil & gas industry highly desirable
Salary Range
110,000 -130,000 DOE. plus uncapped commission
