Key Responsibilities
Orchestrate the entire clinical process: from conducting comprehensive functional assessments to designing rigorous, data-driven treatment plans.
Deliver consistent, high-impact mentorship, supervision, and professional development to all Behavior Technicians and Program Supervisors.
Lead essential, effective training sessions for parents and caregivers to ensure treatment fidelity and promote skill generalization across environments.
Efficiently manage a caseload to maintain a minimum of
30 billable hours per week
, maximizing direct clinical time.
Actively participate within a collaborative team structure to promote organizational consistency, shared learning, and robust peer support.
Contribute valuable insights and efforts to ongoing internal initiatives, including quality assurance protocols, curriculum development, and staff training modules.
Engage with unique opportunities to be involved in innovative research initiatives and academic partnerships.
Requirements
Completion of a Master's degree in Applied Behavior Analysis or an adjacent, recognized field.
Must possess and maintain a current, active
BCBA certification
.
Significant professional experience working with individuals diagnosed with autism spectrum disorder and diverse developmental needs.
Demonstrated high proficiency and comfort level using modern clinical technology, including electronic data collection systems, scheduling software, and mobile devices (e.g., iPads).
Successful clearance of all required pre-employment screenings, including a background check, recent TB test, and documentation of current immunizations.

Fluency in Spanish
