Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) who is also completing supervised fieldwork toward BCBA certification
. This role provides direct ABA therapy to clients while also gaining supervised experience in behavior analysis. The position offers opportunities to work closely with a supervising BCBA, participate in treatment planning, and gradually take on advanced responsibilities as skills progress.
Responsibilities
Direct Client Services
Deliver ABA therapy in home and clinic settings in alignment with individualized treatment plans.
Collect and record accurate session data using designated systems.
Implement skill acquisition and behavior reduction programs as directed by the BCBA.
Follow all clinical protocols and maintain high treatment fidelity.
Supervision & Training
Actively participate in BCBA supervision meetings and complete assigned fieldwork tasks.
Assist in preparing materials, updating data sheets, and supporting treatment plan development under BCBA guidance.
Observe and practice professional skills such as parent training, session planning, and staff collaboration.
Collaboration & Professionalism
Maintain effective communication with the supervising BCBA, families, and team members.
Uphold ethical and professional standards of the BACB and clinic policies.
Engage in professional development and training opportunities.
Qualifications
Current
RBT certification
(required).
Enrollment in a
Master's program in Applied Behavior Analysis or related field
