If you're a dedicated and skilled Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA, BCBA-D) that has the compassion and expertise needed to help create a positive change in the lives of children and families we serve, we would be delighted to meet you! We are opening our brand new center which will provide the opportunity to play an important role in shaping the clinical foundation and helping to create something new and unique.
Abacus Therapies was founded by parents of a child with autism, and today we are one of the leading ABA therapy practices for children, offering in-home and center-based ABA therapy across the country. Our team of specialists is trained in a range of interdisciplinary therapies so we can build a completely customized approach that works best for each child and family. At Abacus Therapies, we believe that ABA treatment isn't a template that can be applied to every child.
As a BCBA, you will work closely with our team to create the individualized treatment and behavior intervention plans that will encourage growth and progress for the children we serve and their families.

Your Role as a BCBA:
Conduct assessments (VB-MAPP, Vineland, AFLS, ABLLS-R, etc.)
Develop and implement individualized behavior intervention plans
Provide at-home, school, and on-site services as needed
Monitor progress and adjust treatment plans accordingly
Train and supervise
RBTs and BCaBAs
to ensure the highest quality care
Work closely with families, schools, and other therapies (OT, PT, ST)
Maintain accurate documentation and submit timely reports
What We're Looking For:
BCBA Certification (or eligibility to sit for the exam)
Strong Communication Skills (both verbal & written)
Valid Driver's License & Reliable Transportation
