Key Responsibilities

Orchestrate the process of comprehensive functional assessments and lead the design of rigorous, data-driven, and highly individualized treatment protocols. Provide consistent, high-impact supervision, mentorship, and professional development to Behavior Technicians and Program Supervisors. Deliver effective and essential training sessions to parents, caregivers, and relevant educational staff to ensure treatment fidelity and maximize skill generalization. Efficiently manage a caseload to maintain a minimum of

30 billable hours per week

, ensuring maximum time spent on direct clinical engagement. Actively collaborate within a supportive team model to promote clinical consistency, shared knowledge, and robust peer support across settings. Contribute valuable insights and efforts to ongoing internal initiatives, including quality assurance protocols, curriculum development, and staff training modules. Engage with unique opportunities for involvement in innovative research initiatives and academic partnerships.
Requirements

Completion of a Master's degree in Applied Behavior Analysis or a closely related, recognized field. Must possess and maintain a current, active

BCBA certification

. Significant professional experience working with individuals diagnosed with autism spectrum disorder and diverse developmental needs. Demonstrated high proficiency and comfort level utilizing modern clinical technology for data collection, scheduling, and service delivery (e.g., electronic platforms, tablets). Successful clearance of all required pre-employment screenings, including a background check, recent TB test, and documentation of current immunizations.
