This unique role is split between supporting students within local educational environments and directing specialized behavioral programs (Friday and Summer Programs). With a structure designed to minimize administrative burdens, you will be empowered to focus your expertise on delivering exceptional care, mentoring staff, and driving positive behavioral and educational outcomes.

Key Responsibilities

In the Educational Environment (4 Days/Week Focus):



Collaborate directly with educators, teachers, and case managers within the local school system to ensure seamless integration of behavior supports. Focus clinical efforts on achieving approved Individualized Education Program (IEP) goals for students. Provide immediate support and effective strategies to Behavior Therapists for complex behavior management situations in the classroom.

In the Specialized Programs (Friday/Summer Program Focus):



Lead the design, implementation, and clinical oversight of data-driven treatment plans and Behavior Intervention Plans (BIPs). Systematically monitor client progress, utilizing data to make timely and effective adjustments to treatment protocols. Prepare precise and comprehensive reports detailing client progress, behavior assessment findings, and intervention efficacy. Deliver essential parent training and ensure the maintenance of high clinical quality standards within all programs. Collaborate closely with fellow BCBAs and Program Supervisors to maintain organizational consistency and provide peer support.

Across All Settings (Weekly Requirements):



Supervise, train, and professionally coach a team of Behavior Therapists, ensuring strict adherence to best practices in Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA). Lead mandatory bimonthly team meetings, provide constructive performance feedback, and actively facilitate professional growth opportunities for staff. Efficiently manage a caseload to maintain a minimum of

30 billable hours per week

.
Requirements

Completion of a Master's degree in Applied Behavior Analysis or a closely related, recognized field. Must possess and maintain a current, active

BCBA certification

. Significant professional experience working with individuals diagnosed with autism spectrum disorder and diverse developmental needs. Demonstrated high proficiency and comfort level utilizing modern clinical technology for data collection, scheduling, and service delivery (e.g., electronic platforms, tablets). Successful clearance of all required pre-employment screenings, including a background check, recent TB test, and documentation of current immunizations.
Preferred Qualifications

Possession of

CANS certification

is highly preferred. Possession of

CPI or MANDT training certification

is highly preferred.

Fluency in Spanish

is a valuable asset that strengthens communication with families and clients.
What We Offer

A highly appealing first-year total earnings potential between

$91,000 and $106,000

, which includes a base salary of $80,000 to $95,000 and potential for up to $6,000 in monthly performance-based earnings annually. A structured hybrid work schedule:

3 in-person days (including Fridays) at school sites and 2 remote telehealth work-from-home days.

School Year Schedule:

Monday-Thursday, 8:00 AM-4:30 PM; Friday, 8:30 AM-4:30 PM (Friday Program).

Summer Program Schedule:
