Job Description

This role begins as part-time (approximately 10-20 hours per week) with low initial caseload. Hours are expected to increase as referrals convert and services expand, with the potential to grow into a full-time role for the right candidate.

SPARK Behavioral Health is a growing Minnesota-based EIDBI provider serving clients and their families with intentional, ethical ABA services. We're looking for a dedicated and experienced Board Certified Behavioral Analyst / Licensed Behavior Analyst (LBA) who values clinical quality, flexibility, and realistic caseloads to join our team. Position Summary:



The BCBA / LBA will be responsible for providing and overseeing all aspects of EIDBI services. This includes conducting comprehensive multi-disciplinary evaluations (CMDE), developing and monitoring individualized treatment plans (ITPs), providing clinical supervision to behavior therapists, and ensuring compliance with all Minnesota Department of Human Services (DHS) EIDBI program standards. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) and a passion for family-centered, culturally responsive care.

Key Responsibilities:



Conduct comprehensive multi-disciplinary evaluations (CMDEs) to assess a person's needs for EIDBI services. Develop, implement, and monitor individualized treatment plans (ITPs) in collaboration with the client, family, and EIDBI team. Provide clinical supervision, training, and support to Level I and Level II providers (e.g., Behavior Technicians) and other team members. Ensure the fidelity and integrity of all treatment modalities and interventions. Collect and analyze data to track client progress and make data-driven adjustments to treatment plans. Provide parent and caregiver training and counseling to promote generalization of skills. Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation, including progress notes and reports. Participate in coordinated care conferences and collaborate with other professionals, such as speech-language pathologists, occupational therapists, and educators. Stay up-to-date with best practices, research, and policy changes related to EIDBI and ABA

Qualifications (Required)



Current and

Active

Licensed Behavior Analyst (LBA) certification in Minnesota. Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification is required. Minimum of 2,000 hours of supervised, clinical experience or graduate-level coursework in the examination and/or treatment of people with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD) or a related condition.

Experience in supervising staff in ABA/ EIDBI program setting. Strong communication, leadership, and organizational skills. Commitment to providing culturally responsive and family-centered care. Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team. Advanced certification in a DHS-recognized treatment modality Familiarity with medical terminology, medical records management, intake procedures, and HIPAA compliance is preferred. Prior experience providing patient care remotely is advantageous but not mandatory; strong communication skills are essential for virtual collaboration. Pay:


0-2years - $50/hr


3-6 years - $55/hr


7-10+years - $60/65 hr depending on overall experience
