to join our growing teams in

North Carolina

What We Offer:

Competitive Salary:

$100,000

Flexible Schedule:

40 hours per week with flexibility to work 20 hours remotely - build your day around what works best for you

Supervision, parent training, staff support, and client sessions

Key Responsibilities:

Conduct functional behavior assessments and develop individualized treatment plans Supervise RBTs and provide direct clinical support Monitor client progress and update programs as needed Engage families and caregivers in treatment planning and education Ensure timely and accurate documentation in accordance with funding and ethical guidelines

Qualifications:

Current certification as a

Board-Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA)

Master's degree in ABA, Psychology, Education, or related field NC Licensure (or eligibility to obtain prior to start) Strong communication, collaboration, and leadership skills Passion for improving the lives of children through evidence-based care
