(ABTC) is growing! We are hiring for multiple positions within our senior and junior management teams, to include BCBAs (Clinical Directors) position. BCBA/Clinical Supervisor responsibilities:
Administer multiple types of assessments for initial and ongoing services
Design, implement, modify and monitor treatment plans for assigned client caseload
Conduct FBA and/or FA of problem behavior for development of BIP
Document progress on goals via data analysis and create weekly, monthly, and quarterly reports as assigned
Weekly reviews of client program data for modification and feedback to team
Instruct, motivate, and assist with clients to learn and improve functional activities
Supervise and train Behavior technicians on client programs, procedures, and data collection
Maintain ongoing communication with parents and stakeholders
Provide parent training for implementation and understanding of ABA principles and client specific programs
Create and submit scheduled progress reports to parents, insurance, and stakeholders weekly, monthly, quarterly as assigned
Conduct weekly fidelity checks and performance review for supervised staff providing individual feedback and coaching as needed
Function in supervisory capacity and provide oversight to all areas of programming
Supervise ABA programs of assigned caseload
Assure clients receive research-based interventions
Provide coaching and support for sessions as required by client's treatment plan
Tracks direct and indirect client services for provision of services as requested in treatment plan
Follows directives of Clinical Supervisor within scope of clinical applications
Works with assigned RBTs to create professional goals
Abides by the ethical codes established by the BACB
Attend client meetings as needed
Maintain confidentiality and adhere to HIPAA regulations
Communicates with staff regarding schedule changes and needs
Reviews client folders and parent communication notebooks for use and appropriate documentation of services
Meet billable hours as required by contract for productivity requirement
Maintain BACB and state biennial certification
Attend BCBA trainings and CEU events as required by Director, BACB, and state licensing authorities
Stay up to date on latest practices, procedures, and literature as assigned by Director
Clinical Director Responsibilities:
Provide support to all staff
Continual staff training in group and individual based on reports from clinical supervisors
Review of initial assessment and ISP for submission for services
Review of reassessments and ISP updates for continuing services
Assignment of Clinical Supervisor, BCBA/BCaBA/Supervisee responsibilities
Onboarding for new staff for review of company policies and procedures
Training of new staff for ABA principles, interventions, and ethics
Orientation for new families for review of company policies, purposes of treatment, company procedures, and introductions to treatment team
Address concerns/complaints from parents, staff, supervisors for resolution aligning with company policy, ABA principles, and ethics
Develop, evaluate, and monitor programs to provide oversight of Supervisors ensuring plans and strategies are implemented effectively
Ensure staff strictly adhere to HIPAA regulations
Ensure billable time is met, sessions are converted, and session notes are exceptional in nature
Conduct quarterly goal-setting meetings, and other meetings that may be necessary outside of regular case consultation
Ensure monthly performance feedback systems are in place for all staff members to be conducted by direct supervisors
Monitor and complete weekly summaries of supervisors' caseload fulfillment and clinical requirements
Fulfill necessary community outreach needs
Oversee implementation of parent training
Provide parent training when needed
Conduct home, school, or community visits based on clinical needs of the supervisors and the individualized programs
Attend IEPs when warranted
Disseminate client reports and communication to all relevant stakeholders (physicians, therapist, parents/caregiver) following completion by the supervisor
Maintain caseload of clients, depending on the number and experience of the supervisors
New client intakes
Participate and attend hiring, evaluating, discipline, and terminating of staff
Collaborate with administrative team to develop policies and procedures
Communicate with parents regarding scheduling changes and collaborate with supervisors regarding availability of ABA team
Conducts monthly meetings with Supervisors, BCBAs, BCaBAs and Supervisees for goal setting and performance feedback
Ensures maintenance of current status of all employees for CPR/First Aid, HIPAA, Mandated Reporter, Licensure, and and renewals in a timely manner
Assign relevant CEUs, training, and reading to staff
