Key Responsibilities

Direct the development, execution, and oversight of data-driven treatment plans following comprehensive functional assessments. Provide consistent, high-impact supervision and professional mentorship to Behavior Technicians (BTs) and Program Supervisors, fostering advanced clinical skills. Lead essential parent and caregiver training sessions to maximize treatment generalization and ensure high fidelity across all settings. Manage clinical responsibilities efficiently to maintain a minimum of

30 billable hours per week

. Actively collaborate within a supportive team structure to promote clinical consistency, shared learning, and peer support. Contribute valuable time and expertise to ongoing quality assurance initiatives, curriculum development, and internal training programs. Engage with unique opportunities for involvement in research initiatives and academic partnerships.
Requirements

A Master's degree in Applied Behavior Analysis or a closely related field. Must possess and maintain a current, active

BCBA certification

. Demonstrated professional experience working with individuals on the autism spectrum and those with diverse developmental needs. Proficiency and comfort level utilizing modern clinical technology, including electronic data collection systems, scheduling platforms, and mobile devices (e.g., iPads). Successful completion of pre-employment clearance requirements, including a background check, recent TB test, and up-to-date immunization records.
Preferred Qualifications

Spanish language fluency
