BCBA - Board Certified Behavior Analyst

Location:

Baltimore, MD (Some on-site work required; partial remote flexibility)

Pay:

$80-$105/hr

Advance ABA Therapy is seeking a dedicated

BCBA

to join our growing, supportive team. You'll provide high-quality ABA services, conduct assessments, and develop individualized treatment plans for clients with developmental disabilities, including autism. This role involves working closely with children and families to promote positive behavioral outcomes through evidence-based practices.

Responsibilities:

Design, implement, and supervise behavior intervention plans Conduct assessments, intake evaluations, and ongoing progress monitoring Deliver behavioral therapy sessions tailored to individual client needs Collect and analyze data to ensure intervention effectiveness Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams and families Maintain accurate documentation in compliance with HIPAA Provide training and supervision to behavior technicians as needed Stay current on ABA developments to enhance service quality

Requirements:

Active BCBA certification (BACB) Experience working with children with developmental disabilities, particularly autism Strong knowledge of ABA principles, behavioral therapy techniques, and data collection Ability to work effectively and compassionately with clients and families Excellent communication skills for collaborating with interdisciplinary teams Familiarity with special education, patient assessments, and healthcare privacy standards
