Baylor RN Home Care
Responsibilities:
- Starts of Care and Revisits for Medicare Certified Home Care agency
- Friday, Saturday, Sunday 32 hours. Full time salary
- A Registered Nurse with current Connecticut License
- 2+ years clinical experience including acute care
- OASIS experience preferred
- Home Care experience preferred
- Med-surge and wound care experience preferred
- Associates or Bachelors Degree from an accredited college required.
