We specialize in tile installation, custom showers, flooring, kitchen remodels, bathroom remodels, and residential finish work.

Position Overview

We are seeking an experienced

Bathroom & Kitchen Remodeler

with a strong background in residential remodeling. The ideal candidate can work independently, take direction when needed, and complete high-quality work with professionalism. This role includes remodel work as well as assisting our tile crews with demolition and tile preparation between projects.

Key Responsibilities

Perform bathroom and kitchen demolition and rebuild Install cabinets, trim, baseboards, and interior finish work Repair and install sheetrock, tape, texture, and paint Perform light framing and general carpentry Assist with tile installations when needed (training provided) Assist with demolition between tile and remodel jobs Ensure all work meets company quality and safety standards

Worksite Conduct

Follow daily task lists and complete work on schedule Maintain professionalism when working in clients' homes Keep job sites clean, organized, and safe Communicate clearly with the office, crews, and homeowners

Required Experience

3-5 years of hands-on residential remodeling experience

Strong skills in: Finish carpentry Cabinets & baseboard installation Sheetrock, taping, and texturing Painting Light framing Tile or flooring experience is a plus (willing to train)

Tools & Transportation

Must have your

own tools

for remodeling Must have

reliable transportation

and a valid driver's license

Physical Requirements

Must be able to

lift and carry up to 75 lbs

(materials, tools, demo debris, tile, etc.)

Professional Requirements

Reliable, honest, and punctual Able to work independently or with a helper Strong work ethic and attention to detail Good communication skills Communicate effectively in English. Bilingual is a plus

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $22.00 - $25.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
