We seek an in-home sales representative with high levels of creativity, commitment, and drive, who will take extreme ownership of their circumstances.

Your Role:



As a Design Consultant at Re-Bath in Shreveport, your primary responsibility is to present our bathroom remodeling service and premium remodeling products to potential clients and close deals. This role is ideal for sales professionals who thrive in a customer-facing environment and are passionate about helping homeowners transform their bathrooms. Absolutely no cold calling - all leads are qualified by trained schedulers.

This role is positioned for success through pre-set appointments along with uncapped commission and a supportive team and thorough training program to bring you to the next level of career achievement.

You will report directly to our Sales Manager and receive support from our Office Manager, Trainers, Customer Service Operations and all levels of leadership.

An unlimited base plus commission compensation structure, with our current design consultants earning an average of $85,000-$120,000 annually.

Your Contribution:



In this role, you can expect to run up to 3 pre-scheduled, in-home appointments daily within our service radius between 9 AM and 6 PM on weekdays, Monday through Friday.

You will attend weekly team meetings, individual and group training workshops, and receive continuous coaching focused around your needs.

NEVER any cold-calling or lead generation required. All leads are warm, qualified, and confirmed. Your priority focus is SELLING bathrooms and closing deals.

Valid Driver's License with reliable transportation

Previous sales experience preferred, especially in customer-facing roles

Must have a valid smart phone or tablet to log into company technology systems

Maintain a thorough knowledge of product and service offerings and stay current with industry developments

Collaborate with other sales personnel and management to share knowledge for improving sales processes

Maintain a high level of customer service to ensure customer satisfaction across the lifetime of the project

Ability to pass a background check

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $46,000.00 - $120,000.00 per year
