As a Crew Member, your responsibilities include:

Greeting customers with a warm, welcoming attitude Scooping and serving ice cream, sundaes, shakes, and other treats with care and precision Assisting guests in choosing menu items and answering questions about flavors and products Operating the register and handling transactions accurately and efficiently Maintaining cleanliness and sanitation of the kitchen, service area, and dining space Restocking supplies and rotating inventory as needed Supporting team members to ensure a smooth and enjoyable customer experience

What we're looking for:

A positive attitude and excellent communication skills Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment Strong attention to detail and a commitment to cleanliness Availability for evening, weekend, and holiday shifts Previous experience in food service or customer service is a plus but not required - we provide full training!
