Job Summary

We're seeking

motivated and positive Basketball Coaches (Boys & Girls)

to join our growing Team Unleashed staff.
The ideal coach is energetic, professional, and committed to teaching the fundamentals of basketball the right way -- emphasizing

skill, IQ, and effort over flash

.

You'll lead practices, skill sessions, and games that challenge athletes physically and mentally while reinforcing teamwork, accountability, and growth mindset.

1 session = 15-20 practices and 10-12 games (depends on the team skill level)

Responsibilities

Lead or assist with

team practices, training sessions, and camps

for boys and girls programs. Implement

age-appropriate drills and techniques

that focus on skill, strategy, and confidence-building. Foster a positive learning environment that teaches

discipline, communication, and respect

. Collaborate with other Team Unleashed staff to ensure consistent coaching standards and player development goals. Provide mentorship and feedback to players and families in a supportive, professional manner. Represent Team Unleashed with integrity during practices, games, tournaments, and community events.

Qualifications

Coaching or playing experience in basketball (club, school, or collegiate level preferred). Passion for working with youth athletes and helping them grow on and off the court. Strong understanding of basketball fundamentals, player development, and team culture. Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills. Must pass a background check (required). CPR/First Aid certification preferred.
