Overview

We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Bartender/Server to join our dynamic team in a fast-paced dining environment. As a Bartender/Server, you will play a crucial role in providing exceptional customer service, ensuring that guests have an enjoyable dining experience. You will be responsible for taking orders, serving food and beverages, and maintaining a clean and welcoming atmosphere.

Duties

Welcome and seat guests promptly while providing menus and information about daily specials. Take accurate food and beverage orders using POS system. Serve food and drinks to customers in a timely manner, ensuring accuracy and presentation standards are met. Monitor tables to ensure guest satisfaction, addressing any needs or concerns promptly. Process payments efficiently using cash registers or payment systems. Maintain cleanliness of the dining area, including tables, chairs, and service stations. Adhere to food safety regulations and hygiene standards at all times. Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure smooth service flow during busy periods.

Qualifications

Knowledge of food safety practices within the food industry. Basic math skills for handling cash register transactions and processing payments accurately. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to interact effectively with guests and team members. Experience in hospitality or catering is preferred but not required. Familiarity with retail math concepts is advantageous for managing sales effectively. Ability to thrive in a high-energy environment while maintaining professionalism.
