We are seeking a skilled Server/Bartender to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for providing exceptional customer service and creating memorable experiences for our guests. Golf knowledge is a plus.
Responsibilities
- Prepare and serve beverages following standard recipes
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area
- Interact with customers, take orders, and provide recommendations
- Handle cash transactions and operate the POS system
- Monitor inventory levels and restock bar supplies as needed
Requirements
- Previous experience in bartending or a related role
- Knowledge of brewing techniques and cocktail recipes
- Strong sales skills with the ability to upsell and promote specials
- Excellent math skills for handling cash transactions
- Customer service-oriented with a friendly and outgoing personality
- Familiarity with restaurant operations, catering, and food service is a plus
