We are seeking a skilled and enthusiastic Bartender to join our dynamic team. As a Bartender, you will play a crucial role in creating memorable experiences for our guests by providing exceptional service and expertly crafted beverages. You will work in a fast-paced environment, showcasing your knowledge of cocktails, wines, and spirits while ensuring that every customer feels welcomed and valued.

Duties

Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to standard recipes or customer preferences. Provide excellent customer service by engaging with patrons, taking orders, and making recommendations. Maintain cleanliness of the bar area, including washing glassware and utensils, cleaning counters, and disposing of waste. Monitor inventory levels of drinks and supplies, restocking as necessary to ensure smooth operations. Handle cash transactions accurately and efficiently. Collaborate with kitchen staff to coordinate food orders for guests at the bar. Adhere to all health and safety regulations while serving food and beverages. Stay updated on industry trends, including new cocktails and beverage offerings.

Qualifications

Previous experience in bartending or a related role within the food industry is preferred. Strong knowledge of brewing techniques, cocktail preparation, and fine dining service standards. Excellent time management skills to handle busy shifts effectively. Proven sales skills to promote drink specials and upsell menu items. Exceptional hospitality skills with a friendly demeanor towards guests. Experience in nightclub or banquet settings is a plus. Ability to work flexible hours, including nights and weekends as needed.

Pay: $80.00 - $500.00 per day
