Overview

We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Server/Bartender to join our dynamic team in a fast-paced dining environment. The ideal candidate will possess a passion for providing exceptional customer service and have experience in the food industry, particularly in fine dining or nightlife settings. As a Server, you will play a crucial role in creating memorable dining experiences for our guests while ensuring efficient service and adherence to food safety standards.

Duties

Greet and welcome guests with a warm and friendly demeanor. Take accurate food and beverage orders using TOAST POS. Provide recommendations and upsell menu items to enhance the guest experience. Ensure timely delivery of food and beverages to tables while maintaining high standards of presentation. Monitor guest satisfaction throughout their dining experience, addressing any concerns promptly. Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure accurate order preparation and timely service. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dining area, including bussing tables as needed. Adhere to all food safety and sanitation guidelines during food handling and preparation. Process payments accurately through cash handling and basic math skills. Assist with hosting duties when necessary, ensuring smooth guest flow in the restaurant. Full bar service abilities.

Experience

Previous experience as a Server in a restaurant or fine dining environment is preferred. Familiarity with TOAST POS systems is advantageous. Strong time management skills to handle multiple tables efficiently. Excellent customer service skills with a focus on guest relations and satisfaction. Culinary experience or knowledge of food preparation is a plus. Understanding of food safety regulations and sanitation practices is essential. Ability to work collaboratively within a team-oriented atmosphere while maintaining professionalism at all times.
