We are seeking a skilled and enthusiastic Bartender to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have experience in the restaurant or food industry and possess exceptional customer service skills. As a Bartender, you will be responsible for crafting beverages, providing excellent service to patrons, and ensuring a welcoming atmosphere.

Duties

Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to standard recipes or customer preferences. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area, including washing glassware and cleaning surfaces. Provide exceptional customer service by engaging with patrons, taking drink orders, and ensuring satisfaction. Operate the Point of Sale (POS) system for order processing and payment transactions. Monitor inventory levels of liquor, beer, wine, and supplies; assist with ordering as needed. Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, including proper food handling practices. Collaborate with kitchen staff to coordinate drink orders with food service. Stay updated on drink trends, brewing techniques, and cocktail recipes to enhance customer experience.

Requirements

Previous experience in a bartending role or within the restaurant/food industry is preferred. Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively with patrons. Proficiency in operating POS systems for order management. Excellent time management skills to handle busy shifts efficiently. Basic math skills for handling transactions and calculating drink recipes accurately.

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $5.00 - $16.00 per hour
