Duties:

- Prepare and serve a variety of beverages, including cocktails, beer, and wine, with a focus on quality and presentation.

- Provide attentive and friendly customer service, ensuring that all guests have a memorable experience.

- Operate a cash register and handle cash and credit transactions accurately and efficiently.

- Maintain a clean and organized bar area, adhering to all health and safety regulations.

- Assist with inventory management, ordering supplies, and restocking shelves as needed.

- Collaborate with the kitchen team to ensure seamless service and optimize menu offerings.

- Provide help and support to colleagues as needed to achieve a high level of teamwork and customer satisfaction.

- Manage time effectively, prioritizing tasks and maintaining a smooth service flow.

- Stay up-to-date on current trends in fine dining and bartending, continually seeking ways to improve the guest experience.

- Work in a nightclub environment, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.

- Develop and maintain a comprehensive knowledge of our beverage offerings, including ingredients, preparation methods, and pairing recommendations.

Requirements:

- Proven experience in bartending.

- Strong knowledge of food and beverage service and preparation techniques.

- Excellent customer service skills, with the ability to handle a diverse range of guests.

- Experience with cash handling and operating a cash register.

- Ability to multitask efficiently and manage time effectively.

- Physical stamina to stand for extended periods and lift heavy objects up to 50lbs.

- A team player with a positive attitude and a commitment to providing exceptional service.

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: From $15.97 per hour
