Job Summary

Immediate Hire Position with Verifiable One Year Bar Tending Experience. We are seeking an enthusiastic and skilled Bartender to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have experience in a bar setting and possess a passion for delivering exceptional customer service. As a Bartender, you will be responsible for crafting a variety of beverages, ensuring customer satisfaction, and maintaining a clean and organized bar area, handling take-out orders and other duties as needed.

Responsibilities

Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to standard recipes and customer preferences. Maintain an organized bar area, ensuring cleanliness and compliance with health regulations. Operate the Square POS system for processing orders and managing transactions efficiently. Assist with special events as needed, providing excellent service to guests. Engage with customers to create a welcoming atmosphere, taking orders and providing recommendations. Handle cash register operations accurately, including processing payments, ensuring all sales are accurately recorded and managing tips. Collaborate with other staff to ensure timely service of food items when applicable. Monitor inventory levels of bar supplies and communicate needs for reordering to management.

Skills

Verifiable bartending experience in a nightclub, sports bar, or similar environment is required. Familiarity with Square point-of-sale systems is preferred. Strong knowledge of cocktail recipes, drink preparation techniques, and food service standards. Basic math skills for handling cash transactions accurately. Excellent communication skills with the ability to engage customers effectively. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail. A team player who is willing to help colleagues as needed to ensure smooth operations.

Pay: From $15.10 per hour
