Overview

We are seeking a skilled and enthusiastic Bartender to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for mixology and providing exceptional customer service in a fast-paced environment. As a Bartender, you will be responsible for crafting cocktails, serving beverages, and creating an inviting atmosphere for our guests. Your expertise in bartending and knowledge of food safety will contribute to the overall dining experience.

Responsibilities

Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to standard recipes and customer preferences. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area, ensuring all equipment is properly sanitized. Engage with guests to provide excellent service, taking orders and offering recommendations based on their preferences. Handle cash register transactions accurately, processing payments efficiently. Assist in catering events or banquets as needed, ensuring timely service and presentation. Monitor inventory levels of beverages and supplies, communicating needs to management. Adhere to all food safety regulations and guidelines while handling food and drinks. Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure seamless service during busy periods.

Qualifications

Previous experience in bartending or a related field is preferred. Strong knowledge of cocktail recipes, brewing techniques, and beverage pairings. Excellent customer service skills with the ability to engage with guests effectively. Familiarity with food handling practices and food safety regulations. Experience with cash register operations and handling financial transactions. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail. Strong communication skills and a team-oriented mindset. Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required.
