What you'll do

Craft and serve a diverse range of beverages while ensuring quality and presentation meet our high standards. Provide exceptional customer service by anticipating guest needs and responding promptly to inquiries. Manage the Aloha POS and Micros POS systems efficiently to process orders and handle transactions accurately. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar and dining areas, adhering to food safety standards. Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely delivery of food orders during busy shifts. Utilize your time management skills to handle multiple tables and tasks simultaneously in a bustling environment. Assist in banquet setups and catering events, showcasing your versatility in various service settings. Engage with guests to promote daily specials and upsell menu items, enhancing their dining experience.

Basic qualifications

Previous experience in a restaurant or nightclub setting, preferably with fine dining exposure. Strong knowledge of food handling practices and food safety regulations. Basic math skills for cash handling and retail math applications.

Preferred qualifications

Experience with Aloha POS or Micros POS systems is highly desirable. Proven sales skills with a focus on customer satisfaction in the hospitality industry. Familiarity with brewing techniques or cocktail preparation is a plus.
