Corkscrew Hampden is a Sangria, Crafted Cocktail, and Bourbon/whiskey wine bar that specialize in southern style cuisine; located in Hampden Baltimore City, MD;

We're looking for a dynamic team member who can seamlessly transition between bartending and serving, providing top-notch hospitality wherever needed.

Position Summary:

The Bartender/Server plays a dual role--mixing quality beverages behind the bar and delivering exceptional table service on the floor. This position is perfect for someone who thrives in a lively environment, enjoys connecting with guests, and can adapt to different service needs throughout a shift.

Key Responsibilities:

Greet guests warmly and provide an outstanding service experience. Prepare and serve beverages according to recipes and standards. Take food and drink orders accurately and efficiently. Maintain a clean, organized, and stocked bar and service area. Handle cash and toast POS transactions responsibly. Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth service flow. Uphold all alcohol service and safety regulations.

Qualifications:

1-2 years of experience in bartending and/or serving (both preferred). Strong knowledge of cocktails, beer, and wine a plus. Excellent communication and multitasking skills. Must be at least 21 years of age. Availability for evenings, weekends, and holidays. Positive attitude and team-oriented mindset.
