Job Description

Blackbird Public House is hiring for a front of house professional. We are looking for someone who takes their craft seriously. The ideal candidate has a strong knowledge of spirits, beer, wine, and craft cocktails but understands that the ultimate mark of a professional is their service. Candidates must have full-service dining experience in a restaurant environment.

The position is bartending and serving. Weekend and evening availability is necessary.

Our service model is one of team service with maximum guest interaction to insure a great experience each time.

An ability to offer a relaxed and enjoyable time to our guests while still demonstrating strong attention to detail and being able to follow proper steps of service and etiquette.

Experience working in a fast-paced environment

Experience in an upscale casual or fine dining environment a plus

Above average knowledge of wine and beer a plus

Experience with craft cocktails a must for bartenders

Safe Serve certification required within 30 days

Lead/management experience a plus.
