We are seeking a skilled and enthusiastic Bartender to join our dynamic team. As a Bartender, you will be responsible for crafting cocktails, serving beverages, and ensuring that our guests have an enjoyable experience.

Duties

Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to standard recipes and customer preferences. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area, including washing glassware and cleaning surfaces. Manage cash handling procedures, including operating the cash register and processing payments accurately. Engage with customers to provide excellent service, take drink orders, and offer recommendations based on preferences. Monitor inventory levels of liquor, mixers, and garnishes; assist with ordering supplies as needed. Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations while serving drinks in a nightclub or catering setting. Collaborate with team members to create a positive atmosphere for guests.

Requirements

Proven experience as a Bartender or in a similar role within the hospitality industry is preferred. Familiarity with POS systems and cash handling procedures. Strong customer service skills with the ability to engage effectively with patrons. Basic math skills for handling transactions and managing tabs. Knowledge of cocktail recipes and bartending techniques is an asset. Ability to work nights, weekends, and holidays as required by the business needs. Excellent communication skills and a friendly demeanor are essential for success in this role.
